“GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT”
Experience was a huge factor for me when I was deciding on an agent. Bus had shown me he was more than capable of ‘getting the job done right.’ His dedication and face to face negotiations with the Houston Oilers over a several week period enabled me to report to camp on time which was very important for me, and rare for a high first round pick. It also allowed me to be the highest paid rookie in the history of the National Football League. My mother Lucille and I interviewed several agents and after having listened to them all, we decided that not only from his proven ability to negotiate contracts, we knew Bus would represent us more professionally and personally than the others could. He stays in constant contact with my mother and me and is always there if needed.
