Mississippi's Bus Cook is one of the biggest names in sports representation. He attended American University in Washington, D.C., on a basketball scholarship and worked as an attorney. Landing Brett Favre as his first client with many more to follow. With over 30 years of expertise Bus has negotiated multiple record breaking contracts including Myles Garrett, Cam Newton, Calvin Johnson and much more. James O. Covington is a native of McCall Creek, Mississippi. James worked as a Part Time Scout with The New York Mets & Cincinnati Reds before joining BC Sports in 2010. He has signed several 1st and 2nd Round Picks in the MLB Draft over the years and negotiated multiple contracts during the draft process. James has also negotiated several NIL agreements with players entering the NCAA transfer portal.

Andre, a former pro & college athlete, mentors young athletes, helping them to achieve their dreams through sport and discovering their passions beyond the gridiron. He has negotiated NFL and CFL contracts as well as HS & College NIL and Collective deals. He’s a Pre-Med Human Biology graduate of Stanford University where he played WR for the Legend, Coach Bill Walsh. Afterwards, Andre attended camp with the San Francisco 49ers and went on to play eight years in the Canadian Football League winning a Grey Cup Championship with the Toronto Argonauts, and then the Ottawa Renegades. He earned his Executive MBA from The University of South Florida, graduating with high honors and a 4.0 GPA in the nation’s top percentile of students which earned him recognition in the International Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society.
Andre is extremely passionate about giving back, serving as the President & on BOD for ex-NFL Vet, Warrick Dunn Charities. He founded “No Strings Attached,” homeless ministry in 2007 and also served Board and was the Finance Chair as a member of the St. Joseph’s/Baycare Hospital Board of Trustees.
As a serial entrepreneur, He has 20 years in the financial sector as a Licensed Mortgage Broker and an SVP/Partner in a 50-million-dollar Mezzanine Lending Fund. Andre resides in Tampa, FL and lives by his personal motto: Humble, Hungry & Prayed Up.
